Kathleen Smith
Kathleen has worked with a number of the world’s thought-leading pioneers in sustainability, health and related fields. She is involved in a comprehensive effort toward the realization of model ecological communities committed to ushering in a new era of human and planetary well-being.
She continues to focus on galvanizing breakthrough technological solutions, medical treatments/cures as well as disaster relief and in this regard has earned an international reputation amongst scientists, doctors and innovators.
As a result of her self-initiated and self-funded work, Kathleen is now working with some of her international allies and partners to establish Flowing River Solutions, as a new Globally Responsible Business that will always work:
Truly For The Good Of All.
(Kathleen, for many years, has held the vision and worked towards the realization of The Colorado Center ~ ‘Dedicated to Positive Global Transformation.’ ~ which will be located in Colorado, USA. Website: https://colorado-center.com/ )
Dr Charles Blake.
Charles is an independent Environmental Consultant, based in Australia, with a focus on the provision of Waste Management Solutions, Environmental Strategies & Technology Evaluation
He has a background in creative materials technology, marine operations, engineering and agriculture, combined with 24 years experience in environmental consulting and the provision of waste management solutions.
Charles has an acute ability to identify interfacing technologies that enable specific outcomes. He has provided consulting, waste management plans and the implementation of environmental solutions to many of Australia’s largest companies.
Additionally, Charles has an extraordinarily wide international network of technology providers, innovators, prototyper’s and solutions-providers.
Charles uses his understanding of natural symmetries, patterns and systems to inform and identify specific outcomes and identifies financially viable and technically achievable technological pathways of the delivery of those outcomes.
He is articulate in his ability to communicate ideas in both general and technical terms. As such he has been granted Adjunct Status at University of Queensland, serves on the School of Biomolecular & Physical Sciences Industry Advisory Board at Griffith University and has associations with QUT and the CSIRO.
Michael Waters.
Michael Waters is an advanced technology consultant, researcher, inventor and sustainable recovery strategist. He has previously owned businesses in, designed and built: multi-axis robotics, adaptive manufacturing systems, experimental aircraft, custom homes, portable housing systems and advanced research. Michael’s automated disaster recovery and library preservation systems are used worldwide at institutions such as the Library of Congress, the National Archives and the Russian Academy of Sciences, instrumental in recovery of the worst library fire disaster of the last century.
In the last eighteen years Michael has researched cutting edge science, technologies and their potential synergistic impact. This has helped established a large collaborative network of researchers and breakthroughs with potential to revolutionize fields of energy, mining, health, food, water, transportation, housing, sustainable economics and environmental recovery. The purpose of this research has been to discover causes of and solutions for the increasing number of global crises we face.
A primary focus has been energy R&D, working with breakthroughs that uncover new understandings in physics. Underlying discoveries help explain why current global business and environmental models are fundamentally unsustainable. Michael is currently working with a number of organizations involved in advanced energy, mining, agriculture, sustainability and project finance. Michael’s inventions span diverse fields including energy, robotics, fluidics, conservation, aviation and housing.
Don Smith is an American, based in Florida, USA. He is the Founder of the RAW Companies formed with the mission “Researching Alternative Ways” to align socially responsible green technologies with the needs of humanity .
Don has an extensive invention portfolio ranging from automotive, home and commercial design, to solar energy equipment, wind turbine blades and towers, compress gas tanks produced in light weight composites, to the design and actual construction of many advanced boats and yachts.
After much experience in ergonomic design, prototyping, tooling, and production surviving the test of time, Don has a unique if not irreplaceable engineering perspective.
Today Don serves as R&D Director of ‘Rock Rebar Inc’ where his deep understanding of materials and their structure required to withstand stress over time has evolved into his present-day endeavors in the material sciences for global infrastructure.
He has concluded that “scaled-up commercialization” of naturally occurring and renewable volcanic basalt rock converted into a “glass-state” structural fiber will ultimately prevail over all others on a performance/cost basis.
His RockRebar® will now bring to reinforced concrete, a superior and non-rusting alternative to the internal black steel rebar we see bleeding rust from inside our cracked and failing concrete infrastructure on a global scale.
Called “continuous basalt fiber”, Don’s inventions for its use extend to include chemically inert, non-corroding casings for energy storage and potable water storage tanks both above and below ground

Ray Murray
Ray is British, mainly based in the UK & Sweden. He resigned from the UK Police Service in 1990 to enter the world of business in order to teach and promote the holistic principles of: Globally Responsible Business & Ethical Enterprise creation, operation & development.
His work since 1990 has mainly focused on enabling Key Decision Makers & General Staff in organisations of all types and sizes, in any industry, to understand:
Why & How Authentic Ecosystems Operate In A Truly Sustainable Manner. (The True & Natural Way) – which is a sane and healthy…
‘We The People & The Planet, With God’
…approach to life & work.
Then he enables those Key Decision Makers & General Staff ~ in any organization ~ to see how they can adapt and employ in their own enterprise, The True & Natural Way in which all Natural Living Ecosystems engage in the business of Living & Working Sustainably.
(Thereby facilitating Globally Responsible Business creation & development)
